Wills Building Penthouse

Encompassing 3 levels, this inner-city penthouse sits atop the Wills Building on King Street. The proposal converted the empty shell into a distinct, spacious family home evocative of industrial style fitting with the overall building aesthetic. The large balcony overlooks King Street exhibiting picturesque city views. The design employed a raw material pallet with exposed brickwork, timber floors and panelling, curved bulkhead, stainless steel features and exposed rivet details.
