Student Housing

Our vision was to redefine student housing in Perth by creating a distinctive destination that seamlessly integrates meaningful amenities and a strong local identity.

This project presents a unique opportunity to revitalise a historically significant landmark, celebrating the rich heritage of the City of Perth. Inspired by the dynamic streetscape and its vibrant history, the design fosters a sense of place through adaptable spaces, thoughtfully curated amenities, and an inclusive environment.

The architecture is crafted to encourage community engagement, offering a welcoming atmosphere that appeals to a diverse range of residents and visitors, while contributing to the evolving urban fabric of the city.

The design blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior, fostering a seamless spatial experience.

A welcoming entry experience sets the tone, complemented by an activated lobby that offers alfresco amenities and intimate gathering spaces for residents and visitors. Thoughtfully integrated seating, raised planters with lush greenery, and strategically placed tree planting contribute to a dynamic and engaging environment at entry level and throughout the building.

A diverse range of programmed spaces and offerings supports the creation of a dynamic central hub, promoting social interaction, community engagement, and a strong sense of place within the development.
