Residence Dalkeith

An extensive upgrade of the existing office/showroom/warehouse building was essential to meet the client’s operational requirements for their nationwide commercial headquarters. This involved a total functional re-configuration of the space with the amalgamation of the existing ground floor show room and first floor office into a single, contemporary open plan office over two levels.

A neutral colour scheme was applied paired with raw elements of polished concrete, cedar timber and oxidised steel panels all accented with bright green hues. Through the revision and alterations of the buildings existing structure a contemporary work environment was achieved, embodying the core values of the business.
