Scanlan Architects completed the detailed design, documentation and interior design based on the development application drawings prepared by Lyons Architects, Melbourne.

The hotel is located on the waterfront in Devonport with views across the Mersey River. The hotel is fitted out with high quality finishes and facilities with well-appointed rooms featuring large windows that showcase the scenic river views.
