Our most recent project currently under construction is the WTC Hotel Launceston, a hospitality development with a strong emphasis on heritage integration. Located across Cimitiere, Tamar and William Streets in Launceston, Tasmania, the project comprises a mixed-use hotel development formed by two distinct yet interconnected complexes. The design responds directly to the existing built form and historical character of the site, incorporating a Victorian Free Classical hotel building and a prominent Art Deco warehouse structure into a cohesive contemporary outcome. Through careful consideration of scale, materiality, articulation, and streetscape compatibility, the development seeks to respect and reinforce the established urban fabric while delivering a modern hospitality experience.

We are excited to announce the lodgement of development applications for three significant projects in Western Australia

Hotel & Student Housing towers on the corner of Milligan & Murray Streets Perth.

This development will add major infrastructure to this long vacant site. Nestled within the buildings still on this site is the heritage listed PearlVillaandHostel Milligan and their retention, with an undertaking of extensive conservation works,has enable the adaptive reuse of thesebuildingswithin the hotel and student housing design.

Purpose Built Student Housing Tower-613-619 Wellington Street Perth.

This project presented a unique opportunity to revitalise a historically significant landmark, celebrating the rich heritage of the City of Perth and inspired by the dynamic streetscape and its vibrant history.

Brighton Road Apartments at 24-26 Brighton Road, Scarborough.

This project redefines a key site along Brighton Road linking Scarborough’s urban beach core with its suburban fringe. The architecture speaks to the coast—warm earthy tones, fluid forms, and robust materials The towers are set back reducing bulk, creating visual breaks, and maximising natural light and cross-ventilation.
