Phat Brew Hillarys

Nestled within the Hillarys Boat Harbour waterfront, The Phat Brew Club Brewery is a revitalized design project that breathes new life into an empty space, turning it into a lively brewery.

The space includes a restaurant, bar, brewery tank display, kegs, kitchen, and back-of-house area, complemented by an alfresco section featuring a sand pit playground for children. The design aims to evoke a sense of fun with bright, iconic Phat Brewery colours, while maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere that harmonizes with the Hillarys Marina.
