In the spirit of the “Goderich Design Policy Building Design Objectives” the proposal sought to revitalise the street frontage of the existing 8 level office building whilst replacing the office function with studio apartments to the existing upper floors and added 3 levels of a variety of penthouse apartments forming a vertical extension of the building above the existing roof slab. In total the building houses 87 Apartments, roof top amenities (including swimming pool) and facilities, car parking; over 11 levels.
